GENERAL SUMMARYThe Director of Admissions Operations provides leadership for theUniversity admissions office. The Director is responsible for theintegrity of the admissions process, from the time an applicationis completed, to the time a student is admitted, and transfer ofcredit is awarded. The Director is also responsible for maintainingthe quality of the student body through implementing university andschool admissions policies. The Director will be a key member forshort- and long-range strategic planning for the University.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Admissions Operation, in conjunction with thefaculty and academic leadership, is responsible for designing andmanaging comprehensive admissions policies and proceduresDevelops and administers the University’s admission andtransfer of credit policies in concert with the Chief AcademicOfficer, Deans/Chairs and appropriate faculty committeesReviews special admissions cases and requests for exceptions topolicies.
